Crystal Nelson was born and raise locally in Richmond, Virginia and graduated from Richmond City Schools. Before joining the University of Richmond, she worked as a retail manager for a national retail company, and with VCU Health in Registration. Crystal also owns a small cleaning business, and is the mother of 3 wonderful girls.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time at the beach, walking around and exploring different places, and trying different restaurants. Crystal also loves dogs, flowers, and plants which brighten up her day.
