Self-Assessment

These self-assessment tools are for information purposes only.  If you are a UR student and obtain elevated or problematic scores on any of them, or are otherwise concerned about your mental health, you are strongly encouraged to visit the CAPS office at 201 Richmond Hall, and request an appointment with a counselor.  We highly recommend that you print off a copy of the assessment results, and bring it with you when you meet with a CAPS counselor (since there is no other way for CAPS to access your survey results).
